About a month before books hit the store, an Author's copy will arrive. I got mine today!

 

Last year I visited Virginia City, NV, took a few photos for Haunts of the Southwest. Sadly the photos did not make it in the book, but they are great photos and should be shared. 

These people were people who are buried in the cemetery. They walked around and told their stories, really a great tour.

This year I restrained myself from heading up to Virginia City, instead I ventured all over the Donner Pass and in to Truckee.

For some reason I only pulled out pictures of women, there were men in costume too. Here is one of them, a fireman who posed with me.

I have finially gotten to a point in the upcoming Haunted Wyoming that it is now in the first edit. With some extra time I now have this summer I am taking a trip.
First I am going to an area showcased in Haunts of the Southwest (look for it this fall in a store near you). Secondly it is one of my favorite places, Virginia City, Carson City, and the Bodie area. On the way there I am stopping by the famous Donner Pass, look for photos in an upcoming post.
I am gearing up to start on my next book, I-90 Ghosts Coast to Coast. I can't wait! Stay tuned for more information, stories and of course photos from my trip to Haunted Southwest!!
